I have bought gems 3 times and 3 times i have received 0 gems. Please help since its been more than 3 days and i am getting frustrated, I am getting attacked, and I can not go as usual out to hunt. It is costing me too much and I do not tolerate system errors or human errors "you or Microsoft". I do not wish to report to BBS... I will report only if I do not have any other option.... Very unsatisfied customer.

Hello, Is some one actually working on my issue or not? I need my gems or a full refund plus compensation for the losses I have acquired because of the lack of the gems that I have bought and have yet to receive. This is my final communication about this issue with you. You have 14 days as of today to resolve this issue. After 14 days are expired I will send a certified letter.
