Lost gems

Lost gems

I bought a 7_day shield for 250 gems and got an error message telling me to restart the game. After restarting I still had no shield and the 250 gems were still removed from my account. Can you contact this please? Thank You

Dear MarkJC,

The game was temporarily desynced on your device and on server.
Thus, you saw the wrong amount of gems on your device for a while.
You could not by KP because there were not enough gems.
Please create a post and I will assist you.
