error and lost gems

Hi, I purchased captain 30 days for 300 gens this morning, got an error, cant remember the code, had to restart but then not have captain or 300 gems. Can you please sort this out?

Well no response after a week!
I will never purchase any more gems from this game or POE

Sorry for the delay. I was away for a while.
There were some changes made in the calendar.
This led to the desync and you saw the wrong amount of gems. :(

I purchased captain but never got the captain and still spent the gems, so I am owed either captain or replacement gens.

terrible this helpdesk they hardly answer. Well for now I wont buy any diamonds thats what they acchieved by not solving the problem
