Your account is not linked to any device.
Make sure you are logged into your device's settings and reinstall the game.

I will complicate this a bit to much but for now is there a possibility that you could remove all the trophies and resources in King saveriu, I was saddened to see while I was

gone people attacked my dead account only for worthless cups and resources, then Olya I have plans to change my account on another device in a month about I will Pm you

when I have set everything up.

I tried to see if I could be able to transfer an account without logging in otherwise :?

It's impossible to transfer accounts if unrequired username is not linked.
Sorry, but we are not transferring resources and cups between accounts. :(

Im having same issue atm my computer got bugged and i have to overwrite Windows witch results in removing all apps in not sure of my account is set to my email account i think it is as i buyed last week in sale jewels if it isnt is it possible to transfer my account back to me? As my jewels on that account ?I hope it is..Pls hope to hear soon about it

im on a gaming pc so windows but its all good i could click on my excisting account after i reinstalled the game and its returned to my old account ty
